Production Details


  The main raw materials of geotextile produced by Shandong Dajin are polyester(PET) and polypropylene(PP).There are two production processes,one is filament spunbonded needle punched geotextile,the raw material is polyester.The other is staple needle punched geotextile,which can be made of polyester and polypropylene.The product specification covers 100g/m2~800g/m2.The geotextile has good mechanical properties,excellent permeability,filtration and adaptability to deformation.It meets the functional requirements of customers to resist corrosion,antiaging,isolation,drainage,protection and enhancement.

Production Features


1) high strength, at the same gram weight, the longitudinal and horizontal tension are higher than other needled non-woven fabrics.
2) high extension, the product has a good elongation under a certain stress, can make geotextile adapt to uneven base.
3) high temperature resistance. The temperature of asphalt laying on geotextile is generally 150ºC ~ 165ºC, while the polyester spunbonded needle cloth for geotextile begins to soften at more than 210ºC. At this time, the product can still maintain the structural integrity and physical properties unchanged.
4) plane drainage and vertical permeability. Due to the large thickness of the product and its reinforcement by acupuncture, it has good plane drainage performance and vertical permeability.
5) anti-aging, the product has very high anti-ultraviolet radiation ability, not easy to degradation.
6) corrosion resistance: the product is resistant to corrosion of common chemical substances in soil, gasoline, diesel, etc.
7) friction resistance, the friction coefficient of the product is higher than other conventional geotextile, not easy to fluff and damage.
8) creep resistance. The product has good creep resistance and long-lasting function.
