Product Description

Geocell is a three-dimensional mesh cell structure formed by high strength welding of REINFORCED HDPE sheet material. It is generally made by ultrasonic needle welding. Due to engineering needs, some holes are drilled on the membrane.
From the appearance of geocell, it can be classified into several types, including smooth geocell, punching geocell and textured geocell. There are national standard and non-standard geocells.

Smooth geocells

after the raw materials are heated and extruded by the extruder, they are directly welded and formed. This is the
smooth geocell. The drainage performance is general, but the cost is low.

 

Punching geocell

like the process of smooth geocell, there is a separate machine punching process, which is more complicated than that of smooth geocell. However, it has good drainage performance. After being buried in the ground, it will be drained through
the punched hole.

 

Textured geocell

This is the national standard geocell. It has high pressure resistance, high tensile strength and long service
life. It needs a special mold to make it to form the textured surface.
